1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using CreatorCore, you agree to these terms. You must be authorized to act for any client workspace or social account you connect and to comply with applicable law and platform requirements.

2. What the service provides

CreatorCore provides tools for client records, brand profiles, media uploads, AI-assisted draft generation, content review, scheduling, social-platform connections, comment workflows, and analytics. Availability depends on account permissions, third-party platform support, hosting and API access.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Prohibited conduct

Do not use CreatorCore to access accounts without permission, distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property rights, send unauthorized spam, abuse connected APIs, bypass platform restrictions, or interfere with service security.

5. AI-generated content

AI outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Users are responsible for verifying AI-generated content and obtaining internal approval prior to publication. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice.

6. Publishing and third-party services

Scheduled publication may fail because of expired permissions, network availability, provider rate limits, content restrictions, or third-party outages. Third-party platforms independently control their accounts, content and services.

7. Client content and intellectual property

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in content submitted to CreatorCore. You authorize the service to process and transmit that content to operate the features you request. Do not upload content you are not entitled to use.

8. Account restrictions and termination

Access may be restricted where necessary to address security incidents, unauthorized activity, legal obligations, or serious violations of these terms. You may request account closure and data deletion as described in the deletion instructions.

9. Changes and availability

CreatorCore's features and these terms may change. Material updates should be communicated to affected users. Any pricing, refunds, liability limits, and governing-law terms must be separately finalized by the service operator before paid public launch.
